Puzzle complete. Just need to finalize placement of the cache so I can work it into the puzzle page. Maybe this weekend?

Puzzle concept completed. Location scouted, co-ords noted. Puzzle will be completed and used to convince the Powers That Be to allow me to put a cache there.
